Despite it being an extremely late notice, I realized a few days ago that I had finally received some input in my feedback form, and I could not suppress my overflowing excitement.

The input was from one of our readers, (I will not reveal their name due to privacy reasons), who commented that they were reading my blog for quite some time and were enjoying the content. I still am extremely grateful that they are enjoying my blog, and even just the fact that they have been reading my blogs for a long time is extremely exciting as an author of a recently developed blog.

The reader, though, disclosed that they were struggling with a bit of visual impairment, so they requested if I could implement a podcast/audible reading feature to facilitate their struggles.

I’m extremely grateful and honored that I was able to receive this advice and even be able to interact with my readers. From now on, I will be implementing a podcast feature (it will appear as a black “Listen on Spotify” button right below the title of each blog article).

Something like that black button should now be added to most of the blog posts (I’m updating the older posts)

I actually feel like my perspective and purpose for this blog changed drastically after that reader’s comment.

I remember initially establishing this blog with the initial purpose of recording my scholarly journey along my high school years, and possibly continue as an adult. I thought this blog would be perfect because others could see my progress and also get motivated, and also I could reflect upon my decisions and studies to see how they have reflected across my current progress.

I now realize that that was quite selfish; it isn’t extremely selfish, but it was selfish to some extent as my initial purpose was leaning closer towards self satisfaction rather than the imperative purpose to help others.

However, thanks to that reader, I have reflected upon my initial purpose, and now I would like to change my purpose of this blog. I still do want to utilize this blog as some sort of an online diary of my journey, but expand this narrow vision into something more global: I want to utilize this blog to help and educate all audiences of all ages, conditions, genders, education status, whatsoever. I really realized the important necessity to utilize my own resources to help others, and this is my new vision for this blog.

Thank you to the reader that left this wonderful feedback! I did send an email to you to the email address linked in my feedback form. If you’re available, could you please check your email inbox if my email arrived? Thank you so much!
